In your case you need a plant that would fit in a container, that means max 2.3 meters wide, 2.3 meters high and 12 meters long. Such an installation could be placed on site on a concrete slab and removed when needed. So you need a compact plant also. One of the best biological processes is actually the MBBR. You also need UV and decantation or filtration. Depending on the flow, one solution is better than the other one.For disinfection, you have UV or chlorination. It also depends on the purpose.
