We live in the best of times. However, there is angst about leadership globally and in my Australia. In 2016, I founded AustralianLeadership.com with the mission to "celebrate, understand and improve Australian leadership."

I am inspired by Mahatma Gandhi "If we could change ourselves, the ...world would also change"; Robert Menzies's "We were determined to be a progressive party" & Leonard Hobhouse's "liberation of living spiritual energy."

My professional passion is to improve confidence in leadership through promoting, supporting & advising the finest Australian and global leadership. 

My clients use my team and me for high-quality leadership advice and strategy, advocacy, engagement support, integrity & crisis management. As required, we undertake CEO & board searches. We connect good people and good ideas. 

People utilise my skills as a public speaker, compere, moderator & round-table facilitator with recent events in innovation, start-up law, cyber security & integrity. I work for conference/summit organisers to improve participant engagement and ensure great action-orientated conversations. 

I serve on the Boards of Yarra Valley Water, Lifeguard Health Networks, the Global Integrity Summit & the Australian Centre for Financial Studies.

My life experience includes stints as Commissioner to the Americas, 18 years as a parliamentarian, practice as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, businessman and board service. 

I was Senior Engagement Adviser in the Australian G20 presidency supporting Australian leadership of the G20 Finance Ministers & Central Bank Governors & in the Brisbane G20 Leaders Summit described by the Prime Minister as "the most important gathering Australia has ever hosted."
