I  my self Mr. Ratilal Sudani, 61, healthy , physically as well as psychologically sound.

I accept recent progress of science, technology and society in the world, I do not negotiate with values - truth, integrity and devotion where I Work.

According to my nature, I possess higher sensitivity towards the diverse groups – farmers, women, children, tribal and poor communities etc of the society.

After completion my higher education in Rural Studies(Agriculture and Animal Husbandry) from well reputed Lokbharti, a Gandhian Institution, I start my practical experience by joining different NGOs time to time.  Whether I had ever job satisfaction and my every employer had been highly appreciated with my work and result, but to get various type of Work Experience I joined various well reputed organizations’ such as Aga Khan Rural SupportProgramme (India), Ahmedabad; Vigyan Ashram, Pabal, Pune, Maharashtra - Only a Rural Centre of  Indian Institute of Education, Pune Bharatiya Agro Industries Foundation (BAIF),Uruli Kanchan Pune, Maharashtra Gujarat Environmental Service Society c/o NDDB, Anand and at present Bhoojalshree Geo tech Consultant Raj Guru Nagar, Pune (Maharashtra) in collaboration with Dr. Suresh Pawar since 1990

Working with these different organisations for about 35 years has provided me abilities to work successfully in different situation and challenges.

Only by working with/as Bhoojlashree Geotech Consultant, I have provided services to more than 5000 individual farmers for finding out groundwater sources, motivated them for effective use of water in agriculture as well as maximum rainwater harvesting since 1990.

Due to these efforts done by me during last 25 years, the farmers and villagers could save the millions of money losses due to repeated failed bore wells and dug wells. They could found the solution for scarcity of water by utilization management. They could earn millions of rupees and improved their economic status from poorness through success bore wells.  

I have motivated thousands of farmers and villagers application of appropriate science and technology for their businesses related to agriculture. So their uplifted and their economic status was derived easily.

ABOUT MY GENERAL UNDERSTANDINGS, APTITUDES & CAPABILITIES:

  1. Analytical and strategic planning along with their effective implementation skills
  2. To establish linkages with other organizations (GOs, NGOs, Private    Sectors and Individuals)
  3. Focusing on attaining superior levels of qualitative efficiency and interaction.
  4. To train students and others in multi discipline of Rural Technology including

 Agriculture and related subject by self learning while working and to prepare Entrepreneurs.

organizational success with an absolute sense of belonging to the                   organization.
