When a problem contains some uncertainty, the usual adversarial and exclusive practices of law and science can be used to find and implement solutions: but when the uncertainties contain (define?) the problem, collaborative and inclusive approaches are more appropriate.  The needed transformation of our economy (business as usual IS the problem) will happen without war or economic depression more appropriately through "re-valuation" than "redistribution."
