About
International cooperation in urban development professional, specialized in emergency architecture. Open to collaborate with people working on global development issues, specifically concerning water service provision in areas where vulnerable populations are challenged with access to safe drinking water. The explanation of cities’ complex urbanization patterns—through the lens of an urban political ecology of water infrastructures—has opened new questions in my current work which explores global and regional policies influencing water security and the recognition of the human right to water. My latest output is a report with GWOPA/UN-Habitat regarding the results of a partnership between a Dutch company and a Vietnamese water utility, looking at water operators’ partnerships as one way to move toward a more sustainable management of water and sanitation.
